Individuals wanting to participate in one session must register for a one-day pass for that day; rTIME-2025 does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events. Session presenters-- those who are listed in the conference program and are formally presenting a session or facilitating a roundtable discussion-- are able to come to their session only without registering, but will not be permitted in the exhibit hall, will not receive conference materials, and will not be able to attend conference events other than the session they are facilitating.
There is No specific template for PowerPoint, but contents should be visible and background must be white.
rTIME-2025 is unable to assist with travel or registration costs.
A certificate of attendance is available upon request by email 📩 rtime_25@niamt.ac.in following the conference.
